Another dog attack recently up in Debs Park. Same MO. Two large dogs off leash. Asshole owner.
People have speculated that the dogs were coming from the "projects" but that was just some bad stereotyping. Seems like they are coming from right next door, the nice areas on the hill. Someone left the location in the comments awhile back, I'm not going to post it, but you can go find it if you want.
Word now is that there will be police on horseback patrolling the dirt roads in the hills over the next couple of weeks. Cool! Get 'em mounties!

There was a time when we saw more horses in the hills. I aquired my horse from a tiny ranchette on Collis back in 73.
Are the dogs attacking other dogs or people?
