That's sad in two ways. 1 - sad that we can't have beautiful things without someone destroying them and 2 - sad that there are those incapable of seeing and appreciating beauty when they find it.
All I see is illegal graffiti on top of illegal graffiti. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
