Earlier, tried to get $2,750 a month for this wonderful A-Frame.
Said forget it. Put it on the market now for a good priced $475,000.
Not many in this style 'round here so someone cool snatch it up!

Does it have a city view?
Maaaybe a sliver from one window.
Don't really know....
Not clear if you are the owner or you recently attempted to lease/rent for yourself (I did know one of the prior tenants), this house is just a few up from our current house on Latrobe.
Even if the house has had a fairly comprehensive and newer renovations, a shy under $475k is still way TOO much. The owner will be chasing the market down over the next year, unless they find a sucker in the next few months.
The house sold for $300k in 2001. When we look at stats for the economy, we are basically at that point in time for wages & (real) productivity. It seems a bit far fetched that this house's value has increased $175k. Put it on the market for $375k, and I'd bet you'd sell it within a month.
Prices have nowhere to go but down..sorry. Sell it for what it's worth and be happy it is sold
Just my 2c.
The house sold again three years ago for $650K
