I think I'd like the lamp with the green glass. I'm sure I could find a way to reuse it
That building is in a historic overlay zone. You cannot have business signs on it. That's why the sign for the hair salon next door was removed. This is just a pseudo garage sale - for a few months anyway, until the "business" disappears like all the others.
