It would constantly change location and brightness every minute.

I think that was the storm I got caught in at the mid point of my walk. Caught the brunt of it on foot and without an umbrella. I was wearing thick sweats that took on so much water I had to hold the bottoms up.
Truly a gorgeous outcome!
