Thomas St.

Take a country road to the fork in the road, hook a left and take the country road up and down the empty hills until you get out to the edge. Feels like you can touch Downtown and Dodger Stadium.

Check out this house. The first pic is from June, the second pic is from the other day. Not much change. The pieces of wood on the roof are in the exact same spot. Even the graffiti hasn’t changed which is incredible! On third glance, I noticed that the lower windows have been taken out and boarded up. Uh-oh, that means this poor house will be this way for awhile, in for the long haul of half finished.

Oh look, there is even an exact replica of it next door! Even has the same hip new unfinished look. But this one comes with the lower level windows. Lovely. Thanks again greedy developers!

Ug. As in Ugly.

I remember being on top of this hill a couple of years ago (before the real estate bubble). It had surprised and gladden me to see no one has built on this great vantage point. And then the stucco boxes came...

It makes me not feel so bad about shooting fireworks off from there.
