Not many people, other than the locals, know about this gem high up on top of the hill.

i drove by the audobon center on griffin thinking this is a great area to jog (ie. the streets and soccer park). i'm a lincoln hts transplant from el sereno. never knew there was a hiking trail and lake up there! would've liked to head up today but the ground might be too wet right now?
thanks for the heads up! am really excited about hiking up there tomorrow or weekend.

It is beautiful up there now, with all the fall (as fall as LA gets) colors in the trees.
