Vacant Palace
Never understood this house. Always seemed empty. Named The Pimps Palace, Wedding Cake House, Monstrosity, etc. When it was built it didn't fit in and never will.
About six months ago all this trash just appeared out of nowhere and sat in the driveway for several weeks. Now apparently it's back on the market. Never seen a realtor sign however. Who knows?

When it was first built, I'd drive by and get the theme from the old show Maverick running through my head. To me it looked like a riverboat. People called it the Showboat and that certainly fit. The current owner bought it in September for $480k and currently offers it at $599k.
They are calling it "colonial."
