Hi! We're contemplating buying a place in the Heights, on Sinova right up against the Debs Park - how do you like it? I know next to nothing about the hood......is it safe?
Think I know the house you are probably looking at. Yeah, I love it here. All the neighbors really look out for each other and the beauty of the area speaks for itself.
The only thing is that you'll be right next to the park and that comes with, well, things that go on in the park. But there has been constant "cleanup" of sketchy things going on and I have always felt safe.
I'd just go around and knock on some neighbors doors on that street and get the good info from them! Good luck and welcome!
Good to know and thanks - what street do you live on? Are you higher up in the hills? I'm going to knock on some doors tonight and talk to the neighbors when I go back to look at the place again - good idea.
