Losing Shirt

Back in '07 a bulldozer started eating away at this dirt hill. In early '09 they finished the ugly three beige boxy houses with no front or backyard. Here we are over a year and a half later and only one has been bought. The other two sit there with alternating new realtor For Sale signs and For Lease signs. Slashed the original price in half. Trying anything.

But you can't polish a turd.

Man, what a great project. What a wonderful and thoughtful developer. Glad this developer has probably lost it all.
