Met this dog the other day when I was out around Flattop. I was scared at first when a German Shepard started to track me out there until she came over and lowered her head to get some pets. I threw a couple sticks for her to chase, she hung around me for a bit longer, then she vanished around the bend.

Now I see this flyer from the Lacey Street Shelter. That's the same dog!!!

Under an old tree along the Arroyo is where you'll find the escaped golf carts hanging out.

Chillin'. Smokin'. Relaxin'.

Occasionally, one cart will get brave and try to go out alone and cross the river. It only ends up in a mossy grave.

Hey look! A new store is coming to town.

I noticed the small red heart on the Ave 43 street sign declaring "Montecito Heights Party Place coming soon!" Turned the corner and then saw the temporary cardboard signs on the storefront.

Bummer to all that wanted a local coffee store. But it can't be worse than the last renter who had a barely open store full of random clothes right?
